Sunday practice report

Posted by Mike Spofford on January 30, 2011 – 11:19 am

The third and final practice in Green Bay to prepare for the Super Bowl was much like the first two in terms of participation.

LB Erik Walden (ankle) continued to sit out, while LB Frank Zombo practiced for the third straight day after missing six consecutive games.

The rest of the players appeared to be taking their normal reps in the opening periods open to media.

This was the Packers’ final practice until Wednesday down in Texas, where they will practice at Southern Methodist University’s stadium.

Coach McCarthy will address the media following practice, and Packers.com will have updates and a transcript. Stay tuned also for a feature story and notes today.
