Head injuries are nothing to fool with and a day or two in NC shouldn’t be a prob. Also, I’d rather see him driven back to WI and NOT flown.
Example of Liam Neeson’s actress wife who fell during skiing in Canada and flew back to NYC docs, only to cause more problems and ultimately death because of a bad decision to fly her. Don’t be in such a rush to have him back in the fold that something dumb gets in the mix.

Neck and head injuries are funny things and sometimes it takes time for the effects of the injury to show. A case in point is the fan falling at Ranger Stadium. He was vocal and waving when carried from the stadium and within the hour he died.
