Attn: Mark Murphy- I had the great opportunity to meet with you all in Oconomowoc today after riding 1-1/2 hrs.I feel very fortunate to have met with all of these fine young men. As hoped, I did not have the opportunity to meet with you. I am on the Ex.Board for the Epilepsy Foundation for the State of WI. and was hoping to address our present need for funds and appeal to your sensitive side.
Presently, our Foundation sustains itself through the hard work and assistance donations

Epilepsy is near & dear to my heart. All funds earned through donations go to Camperships to send children & parents to Rosholt, WI. to break away and forget about the stress of everyday life. Forget about bills, forget what a Seizure is. Have any of you ever had family members touched by seizures? You know, that even for 3 seconds at the most, it can be like turning the lights out in your house and having no electricity at home. Does that tell you how important it is to find money for Research? It has been my plight for the last 35 years to work at that. I have that kind of seizure, petit mal. Looking at me, you may not be aware that I am seizing, because my episodes are so brief. I, however, did have one, grand mal seizure, and coded…it could have cost me my life. I was fortunate, I was in hospital care at the time. Another reason for Research…to stop those SEiZURES!! My note to you Mr.Murphy and others, can you please find it in your hearts or pockets to support our organization anyway you can. We continually have silent auctions when we have our strolls, recognition dinners, bowlathons, and dances. These are all execellent ways to raise funds and help out our cause. We are hoping you can too! Thank you, Lin Newman
