Packers QB Aaron Rodgers will be revealed somewhere in the Top 10 of the NFL Network’s Top 100 players of 2012 in the final segment of this year’s countdown, scheduled for 7 p.m. CT on Wednesday.
The two-hour special will reveal the Top 10 players as selected by their peers. The show will be followed by a “Reactions” show from NFL Network panelists at 9 p.m. CT.
Five other Packers made this year’s Top 100 and already have been revealed. They are FB John Kuhn (92), WR Jordy Nelson (80), WR Greg Jennings (56), CB Charles Woodson (36) and LB Clay Matthews (27).
Last year, Rodgers came in at No. 11 on the NFL Network’s list after the Packers won Super Bowl XLV. He won the league MVP award in 2011, making him a strong candidate for the No. 1 spot.
