Neal back in, Quarless out at practice Thurs.

Posted by Mike Spofford on November 15, 2012 – 12:27 pm

DE Mike Neal was back at practice on Thursday after sitting out Monday’s and Wednesday’s workouts dealing with an ongoing ankle problem. Neal played through the ankle injury in the Arizona game before the bye but then rested until Thursday, which was a padded practice.

TE Andrew Quarless did not practice on Thursday. He was listed as limited in practice on Wednesday on the injury report with his knee injury, which forced him to begin this season on the PUP list. Quarless was just activated to the 53-man roster from PUP during the bye week.

Also, backup RB Johnny White was not at practice. He was not listed on the injury report on Wednesday.

We need to start blitzing more or figure out some way to get more pressure from our front, on D. If Rodgers does not have time to throw, he will end up like our running game, non-existant.

Offensive Line MUST Protect Aaron Rodgers, Lions will put a lot pressure to him , so quick or fast plays with short gains pass to tigh end, wr , or rb would reduces that pressure and fantasy plays , maybe not team back, serie plays , will put defense lions out of the game. good luck great team GO PACKS GO!

Neal. Is this guy a permanent injury or what. Can he ever make it through just one game without getting hurt. First, he isn’t very good when he does play. Why the team didn’t cut this guy is beyond me. He has done nothing in three seasons but sit on the bench most of the tims.

Glad to see Mike got back in practice his sack for a 10yd loss in that AZ game set the tone.
