I really like our current core of running backs. Alex Green is really starting to figure it out, he hits the holes fast and hard and falls FORWARD. Same for the new guy Harris, decisions will have to be made as the whether they bring Benson back or not, I think for Grant this is his last hurrah with the pack as they only signed him because of all the injuries.
Unfortunately Starks has to go, too bad he showed some promise but cant ever stay healthy

Let the good times roll on Sunday the Packers can answer a lot of questions if they control this game. But when they need a horseshoe to beat Detroit you really have to wonder what a weak play-off team they would be. They need to run, run, run to give me some confidence. Their defense is ranked 21st which is an improvement from last year. But could make us a weak one game wonder in the play-offs.

ERIC how can you call yourself a Packer fan and be thinking Vilma would be playing, you don’t even have the right team.
ERIC do you understand that Vilma will not be playing for the Packers or the Bears. Are you a politician? Added for humor for what I believe was an honest mistake, but funny!

Hey, Guys Did you forget we have RB Johnny White. He so far has played only on ST and has a concusion. He averaged 4.8 ypc with the Bills. Be nice to see him
back when he learns the system..

As far as football goes, any combo of RB’s & OL in the draft is fine by me. A premier RB would be great, but I think that OL needs more depth, & our long-term RB situation is simply fascinating, & my bet is that the Pack will let the RB situation play out in the offseason. As far as running style goes, I think Harris is the most fascinating in the bunch, but we’ve got plenty of storylines/RB’s that will want to prove themselves next year. Lots of motivation!

We need linemen, both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball.. WE need a strong rushing lineman, this team doesn’t get enough pressure on QB’s, they need to start putting them on their butt if we are going to go far in the playoffs…

i think that woodson will be a great asset to have back in the lineup. but the younger guys are doing pretty good out there to. it’ll be so much better with woodson watching their back. COME ON WOODSON WE NEED YOU IN JANUARY

Jim, You say ‘Woodson would play safety’ like it’s a bad thing to have a ball-hawking safety that attacks runs.

I believe GB already said he won’t play cornerback when he comes back. Tramon and Hayward are playing really well, which one would you sit? House is a good nickel.

That’s good news! I’d much rather have Clay return to the lineup anyday. When Woodson returns he needs to play safety exclusively. He is too slow to cover slot receivers and gets caught holding 2 or 3 times per game

Richard’s right, our back’s have showed sparks that could transfer into a 3 (seeing as how we can’t fit 5 healhty backs into the lineup) headed monster with a solid O-line. Harris, Grant, and Starks all run hard and would be even better with fresh legs and an O-line! Plus I love seeing Randall Cobb provide speed on sweeps.

maybe the worm has finally turned in GB’s favor! U could argue the injury situation this year has been worse than 2010. Matthews makes such a difference in pass and rush defense. Maybe Jordy should just wait another week, we are going to need him to make a playoff run. Just pray that we don’t get hit with anymore injury on the off line, note to Ted please draft lineman early and often in April.
