Well that’s odd, I don’t hear anymore of those people claiming Capers would fail at coaching in the Pro Bowl.

Guess when the facts catch up to you fickle torch burners, you realize just how wrong you are about something. I saw a lot of solid play on the NFC defense side, “Players not plays” anyone?

Mike McCarthy is in danger of becoming like Tony Dungy was in Tampa Bay: good enough to get into the playoffs, but not good enough to move forward. Everything came together for one Super Bowl year, but the window for this team is closing.
Ted Thompson better pull a rabbit out of his hat this off season or the Vikes will be looking down at the rest of us.
Take a look at Minnesota’s and San Francisco’s offensive line then decide if Green Bay’s measures up.
Nick Perry instead of Harrison Smith?
Enjoy Hawaii Mike, Dom, etc. another “close but no cigar” season might mean changes in the wind.

Yeh, with Lombardi Ross made a play like he did with Lombardi, Ross would have been cut after the game. Rookie or not Lombardi had a strick code. you can’t play with broken ribs your season was finished. He taught his players to play tough and play real football. But with modern mentalities it’s the era of pampering the players. Packers need that tough coach mentality again. Start putting the fear in the players that they will shape up or you will be shipped out it didn’t matter who you were!

The point was well spoken on ESPN. The spokesman said ” It’s a shame the Packers are wasting Aaron Rodgers talent. No running game, no defensive rush and lousy play calling. When is it ever going to change.

I don’t put Phil Bengston into that group because poor Phil inherrited a very aged team. There was no way he could possibly fill all the holes with players that were quickly closing in on retirment. Bless Phil, a man of incredible heart, that tried to keep the ship floating.

To be called an “idiot” by a moron, is, well, owie.

You are probably the same embiciles that bought into Dan Devine all the way through Forrest Gregg. They were all good men, but that did not make any of them good coaches.

Andrew, you are living in a dream world! Staistics are for losers. Losing in the first or secon round of the play-oofs with a QB like Rodgers and in spite of finishing first is also for losers. You seem to be happy with making the play-offs and then wmbarrasing ourselves. I and many other Packer fans have more pride than that!
