I meet you at the auto show in Milwaukee and asked you to sign my jersey #80. You did without hesitattion. I then told you I appreciated your work ethic and I said thank you. I then told you I was a teacher and you said that I know what hard work is. I’ve always appreciated those words and talk about you as a great role model to my students. Thanks again and I will always remember you for your playing on the field but, more so for the wonderful person you are on the inside!

GB won and I became a life-long fan. Donald, I have seen the best in GB and for several years in the 70′s and 80′s not so much the best. My favorite time to be a GB fan is when Smilin’ Donald frustrates the opposing D tryin’ to play wack-o-mole when ol’ number 80 pops his head up between the hashes and snatches a ball.
