Vote for Aaron Rodgers for weekly awards

Posted by Mike Spofford on December 30, 2013 – 6:46 pm

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is nominated for two of the league’s weekly awards following the Packers’ 33-28 victory over the Bears to win the NFC North on Sunday.

Rodgers is up for the Air Player of the Week for his performance, which saw him complete 25 of 39 passes for 318 yards and two TDs. He’s also up for the Never Say Never Moment of the Week for his 48-yard TD pass to WR Randall Cobb on fourth-and-8 with just 38 seconds left in the game.

Any time Peyton Manning is on the ballot, he’s probably going to win. He is, in my opinion, the most overrated quarterback in the league. He’s had one of the easiest schedules this season.

Don’t blow out another’s candle to make yours look brighter.
Peyton – Rodgers – Brady – Brees (insert your next 3 others) are the top of current football. Admire them all.
10 years from now we will be saying there were no better.

Life is short, enjoy the greats without prejudice. I was never a Bear fan but I admired Mr. Payton in all aspects.

We owe our present state of being to Enki. I think to some extent, they can do with us as they will and who are we to question that? If you want to plant a garden and either develop it or stamp it out and destroy it, who can twll you what to do with your creation? I don’t use that word to describe what Enki did as we already existed in a primative form and were modified. However, the fact that we were saved from annihilation by Enki, we owe our very existence to him
