Clay Matthews: Door County, Fish Creek

Jordy Nelson: Door County, Egg Harbor

James Jones: The Kohler Spa

Aaron Rodgers: Door County, Fish Creek

Randall Cobb: Door County

Josh Sitton: Door County

Here is more on weekend getaways in Wisconsin, provided by Travel Wisconsin:

Framed by 300 miles of scenic shoreline, Door County offers seaside experiences in the heart of the Midwest. A sliver of land that juts into Lake Michigan, Door County’s quaint waterfront villages and island community vibe combine with an incredible natural landscape to provide visitors with activities and amenities you’d expect to find in this world-class vacation destination. Five state parks, 11 lighthouses, 19 county parks and a total of 53 Lake Michigan beaches offer plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities while acclaimed performing and visual arts, renowned galleries and shops, delectable local cuisine and pampering accommodations take care of the rest.

In the winter, enjoy the scenery of Door County via snowmobile or cross country skiing. With over 25,000 miles of well-groomed trails and 350 miles of snowmobile super highways running through the state, snowmobiling has made Wisconsin one of the Midwest’s premier winter destinations. And, with an average annual snowfall of 45 inches and over 700 groomed cross country ski trails, Wisconsin makes the perfect place to embrace the winter weather. Nothing compares to a refreshing trek with sunlight or candlelight twinkling on the ski trails in the brisk winter air.
