Packers player to be revealed between 20 and 11 in Top 100

Posted by Mike Spofford on July 1, 2014 – 4:11 pm

A Green Bay Packers player will be revealed on this week’s episode of The Top 100 Players of 2014, airing on NFL Network at 8 p.m. CT Wednesday.

Wednesday’s show will reveal the players ranked from No. 20 up through No. 11.

Packers players in the Top 100 thus far have been RB Eddie Lacy at No. 90, WR Jordy Nelson at No. 83 and LB Clay Matthews at No. 77.

Update: QB Aaron Rodgers was ranked No. 11. It’s his fourth time on the list, having been ranked No. 11 in 2011, No. 1 in 2012 and No. 6 in 2013. See video:

Yeah, there’s no doubt. That whole list is BS anyway. There’s a bunch of guys that Lacy and Jordy should have been ahead of without a doubt, and Matt Forte was really underrated, should have probably been top 50. Wasn’t Joe Flacco top 50??? He don’t even deserve top 100.

Beside Matthews, Lacy, and Nelson the Top 100 players in the NFL ought to include Cobb, Sitton, and Rogers. Next year maybe we’ll see some others, like Shields, Williams, Bulaga, and possibly Peppers or Raji.
