140818-news-now-tc-300GREEN BAY–For the first time in this training camp, the Packers moved inside to avoid rainy weather. Then, the air inside the Don Hutson Center rained pass completions, as the Packers offense picked up where it left off on Saturday in St. Louis.

First-round draft pick Ha Ha Clinton-Dix intercepted a Chase Rettig overthrow early in practice and later an Aaron Rodgers short pass that was twice deflected. Otherwise, Packers quarterbacks had their way throwing the football through the halfway point of Monday’s practice.

Tight end Brandon Bostick, who sustained a lower leg injury in Saturday’s game, did not practice.

The Packers are scheduled to practice at Ray Nitschke Field on Tuesday and Thursday, and both practices are to be open to the public.

Packers.com will provide a “News now!” report from Coach Mike McCarthy’s Monday post-practice press conference.
