Packers’ energy is overwhelming

Ask Vic Halftime

Vic from Upham, ND

Vic, although it stunk to not to punch it in, I doubt Hyde’s in a position to return that punt.

Mike McCarthy was being both aggressive and conservative with that fourth-down go for it. If he scores, the Packers get the lead. If they don’t score, the Packers defense has the Lions backed up.

Chris from Voorhout, The Netherlands

Can I have your lottery numbers? How do you make such predictions?

I get these ice cream headaches that last for about five seconds, and then a picture flashes in front of me. It’s very strange.

Dylan from Forty Fort, PA

What a beautiful game. What’s impressed you most?

The Packers’ energy. It’s overwhelming.

C.J. from Edinboro, PA

Am I the only one who wants to see the Packers run the ball four times with Lacy right up the middle on the goal line?

No.

Kevin from Plainview, TX

Is the “Get Loud Lambeau” promotion having an effect?

Yes.

Brett from Green Bay, WI

Vic, I would’ve taken the field goal. How about you?

I liked the call. It’s a way of playing to the strength of your defense. How about that, huh?

Shawn from Troy, NY

Cold weather, great defense, a big special teams play and a field position battle? The playoffs are here. We’re in for a treat.

I love this football game.

James from San Diego, CA

Do you think the attitude Mike Daniels came out with at training camp has helped the defense? It seems his confidence has started rubbing off on people and we are no longer being bullied up front.

Deeds, not words.

Jeff from Colorado Springs, CO

Are the Packers showing the score of the Seahawks game in the stadium?

Yes.

Matthias from Zurich, Switzerland

Hey, Vic, any idea how to chill down during this game? I am getting crazy!

Can you yodel?

Kevin from Plainview, TX

Do you agree with both go-for-it-on-fourth-down calls?

Yes. The Lions have had kicking problems. The percentages might’ve been with going for it.
