The New York Jets have announced the signing of former Packers LB Jamari Lattimore as an unrestricted free agent.

Lattimore played the last four seasons for the Packers as a special-teams regular and part-time starter on defense. He made the team in 2011 as an undrafted rookie out of Middle Tennessee State, beginning his pro career as an outside linebacker before moving inside.

In 2012, Lattimore was voted one of two special-teams captains for the playoffs. He recorded 23 coverage tackles over his four seasons. On defense, he had two sacks in 2013 and snagged his first career interception in 2014.
