Packers’ emeritus board member Rosemary Hinkfuss dies

GREEN BAY — Rosemary Hinkfuss, the first woman to serve on the Green Bay Packers’ board of directors, has died. She was 84 years old.

A former representative in the Wisconsin State Assembly for the 88th district, Hinkfuss served in the state government from 1988-94. She had also served on the Green Bay City Council and the Brown County Board of Supervisors.

Hinkfuss was elected to the Packers’ board in 1980 and achieved emeritus status in 2001.
