Posted by on August 14, 2010 – 7:16 pmThe Browns took the opening kickoff and marched right down the field against Green Bay’s No. 1 defense, going 80 yards in 11 plays. Time of possession, 5:56.
The drive started with QB Jake Delhomme completing back-to-back 17-yard passes to TE Evan Moore and WR Mohamed Massaquoi. The key play from there was an 11-yard completion to Massaquoi on fourth-and-1 from the Green Bay 26. He beat CB Brandon Underwood on a quick slant. That got Cleveland into the red zone. RB Jerome Harrison took it on the ground the final 4 yards for the score.
Delhomme was 6-for-7 for 66 yards on the drive, with Massaquoi getting three catches for 36 yards.
