Flynn converted a fourth-and-1 with a sneak to the Indy 31. A 14-yard pass to TE Tom Crabtree picked up another first down, putting the ball on the 11 as the teams changed directions at the end of the third quarter.
On the first play of the fourth quarter, Flynn hit TE Andrew Quarless on a fade route for the TD. Packers back up by 21 with 14:55 left in the game.
