Packers 27, Bills 7

The offense is clicking again. Rodgers capped off a 64-yard drive with a 9-yard scramble for the TD.

Earlier in the game, Rodgers scrambled to his right and had similar wide-open space on a third-and-15 play, and rather than running for the first down, he tried to throw to James Jones along the sideline and the pass was incomplete. This time, upon seeing all the green, he didn’t take any chances and took it in himself.

The big play earlier on that drive was a 22-yard completion to Finley. That came just one play after Rodgers didn’t Finley wide open behind the defense off play-action. It would likely have been a 57-yard TD pass. Instead it was a 15-yard completion to the other side of the field to Nelson, and then Finley picked up 22 on the next play to get the ball in the red zone.

Less than 2 minutes left in the third quarter.
