Rodgers hit James Jones for a 30-yard TD on a perfectly thrown back-shoulder throw down the right sideline, capping a five-play, 52-yard drive.
Earlier on the drive, Finley caught a 15-yard pass to convert a third-and-15. It was his fourth catch of the game, giving him 103 yards, the second 100-yard game of his career and third including playoffs. His other regular-season 100-yard game came at Minnesota last season in Week 4.
