Thursday’s coverage

Minnesota’s Percy Harvin ran a kickoff back for a touchdown last week vs. Dallas, a big play to open the second half that helped propel the Vikings to a 24-21 win. Last season at Lambeau Field, Harvin had two impact returns against the Packers, and Green Bay’s coverage units will have to prevent that from happening again this Sunday. For more on Harvin and what the Packers need to do to slow him down, check out today’s feature story.

Fourteen to zero. That’s the number of times Aaron Rodgers was sacked by the Vikings in two games last season and the number of times Brett Favre was sacked by the Packers. It’s imperative that the Packers do something to reduce that discrepancy in 2010. That leads off today’s notebook.
