In what is getting to be a weekly tradition, the Packers will be on the NFL Network’s NFL Replay again this week. The 28-24 victory over the Vikings will be shown in the fast-paced, 75-minute format with additional camera angles and post-game comments. The condensed game broadcast will re-air at 7 p.m. CT on Tuesday.
That’s at least five and possibly six times in the season’s first seven weeks that the Packers’ game has been one of the four picked by NFL Network for the Replay show. It’s not entirely surprising, considering only one game all season has been decided by more than seven points.
Also, leading off the Day-After Notes is a look at RB Brandon Jackson’s production from Sunday night’s win. Coach McCarthy called the game the best Jackson has played as a pro, and he continues to emerge as an all-around replacement for Ryan Grant. For more on that, click here.
