Thursday’s coverage
Posted by on November 4, 2010 – 4:49 pmSince he came into the league in 2005, Dallas LB DeMarcus Ware has more sacks than anyone in the NFL, and he had two in last year’s Packers-Cowboys clash at Lambeau Field. The Packers have to find a way to limit Ware’s impact on the game, and that’s the subject of today’s feature story.
Meanwhile, Packers G Daryn Colledge has not missed a game in his college or pro career, a remarkable streak. But he missed practice Thursday with a back injury and Coach McCarthy admitted he’s “concerned” about his durable left guard. If Colledge can’t play, best friend Jason Spitz is ready to take his place and start a game for the first time in over a year. That leads off today’s notebook.
