He’s come a long way, from seventh-round pick to practice-squadder to recovering from a season-ending knee injury last year. But WR Brett Swain has seen a few passes come his way in recent weeks, none bigger than the 31-yard catch-and-run he had on a slant in Atlanta last Sunday, a play that turned into a 46-yard gain with a late hit tacked on at the end.
