Coach McCarthy just informed the media that QB Aaron Rodgers would begin the post-concussion testing protocol on Monday but he probably wouldn’t have an update on his playing status until Thursday of this week.
Also, LB Frank Zombo’s knee sprain likely will keep him out of this week’s game, while G Daryn Colledge’s knee sprain might not. McCarthy seemed optimistic about Colledge’s chances of playing.
DE Cullen Jenkins could be out another couple of weeks with his calf strain.
