The Packers had a rough time two weeks ago with the Detroit Lions’ stout front four on defense, and the unit the New York Giants will bring to Lambeau Field on Sunday is even better. For more on this key matchup, check out today’s feature story.

Also, both the Packers and Giants are trying to rebound from some difficult times. The Packers have lost three of four games, while the Giants saw their NFC East title hopes likely disappear as they blew a 21-point lead in the last half of the fourth quarter Sunday against Philadelphia. That, plus an update on LB Clay Matthews and an item about a familiar face CB Tramon Williams will see on the New York sideline on Sunday, are all in today’s notebook.
