Hard to say. We haven’t seen their inactives yet. Atlanta is up a couple of touchdowns on Carolina, last I saw, and if the Falcons win, the Bears won’t have anything to play for. If that is the case, I would think the Bears would play t his like a preseason game, maybe play the starters for a half and get them out healthy. But only Lovie Smith knows for sure.

Why was the game moved from noon to 3:15?
Sunday January 2, 2011 1:56 Douglas

A network decision because of the playoff implications for the Packers. The networks were also counting on playoff implications for the Bears, but MInnesota’s win in Philly back on Tuesday night changed all that.

Sunday January 2, 2011 2:02 Vijay

2:03

Perhaps, but he may need a big game today. With the Packers playing for a playoff berth, a big game would go a long way toward stronger consideration for that. It’s hard to gauge his odds otherwise, though, because the sack numbers have fallen off so much lately after that fast start.

Sunday January 2, 2011 2:03 Charles

2:04

It will be interesting to see. Kicking it to him carries a major risk, certainly. I’m not privy to the game plan, so we’ll just have to watch and see. I would think sacrificing some yardage by kicking out of bounds would be preferable to giving him a chance to take one all the way.

Jenkins’ calf injury has been pretty bad, obviously, keeping him out of the last three games plus today. I think the hope is he will possibly be back for the playoffs if the Packers get in, but there are no guarantees. Some of the network talking heads have said the Pack are the hottest team in the NFC and should be feared in the playoffs – seems to me they’ve been pretty inconsistent (hot then cold) this year. Your thoughts?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:13 Ang

2:14

I would agree. I think the Packers could be a dangerous team in the playoffs, but the story of the season has been inconsistency. Just look at a few weeks ago … a brutal 7-3 loss at Detroit, and then a valiant performance at New England, almost beating the best team in the NFL with a backup quarterback. Those kind of inconsistencies have very much defined this team in 2010, for various reasons.

Sunday January 2, 2011 2:16 Eric

The different uniform was worn against San Francisco back on Dec. 5. It was a re-creation of the 1929 uniforms, the first year the Packers won a league championship. It’s considered a “throwback” uniform or a “third jersey” that could be used again at some point next season.

Do you think Matt Flynn would be ready if he had to step in for Aaron Rodgers today?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:22 Krause

2:23

I would think so. Flynn played great at New England and I’m sure that performance gave him a boost of confidence. But it’s always tough for a backup QB to come off the bench and be asked to step in mid-game because the starter takes all the practice snaps during the week. When Flynn had a whole week of practice snaps before the NE game, you saw how well he was capable of playing.

I’ve read that the Pack may try to trade Flynn prior to the draft. What would they expect to receive?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:25 Ang

2:27

I’m not so sure the Packers would “try” to trade Flynn before the draft, but other teams may come asking for him, and it will all depend on what is offered. As for what price would be needed to pry him away, I really have no idea. It would have to be significant, though, because at the moment the Packers don’t have another backup option behind Flynn. Graham Harrell is basically an NFL rookie who has barely played even in the preseason.

Matthews is signed through 2013, but if he keeps playing like this, he’s one of those players who will probably be targeted for an extension before his current deal gets too close to expiring. With three years left on it at the moment, though, there’s no need to rush into that.

Do you think that Aaron got snubbed of the Pro Bowl since he was concussed twice this year
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:32 jarret

2:33

It’s possible that had something to do with it. Missing a game certainly didn’t help his cause, statistically at least. But it’s not like Rodgers was beat out for the Pro Bowl by a bunch of schlubs. Michael Vick is a league MVP candidate, Drew Brees won a Super Bowl last year, and Matt Ryan of Atlanta has comparable stats and is playing on the NFC’s best team this year. No shame in being a first alternate behind those guys, even if you could argue statistically that Rodgers has better numbers than Brees this season.

Who has improved the most since Week 1 of the season – the Packers or the Eagles?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:36 Keith

2:37

Interesting question. I think you would have to say the Eagles, because I don’t think anyone envisioned Vick playing like this when he first stepped in for Kevin Kolb in that opening game against GB. But that said, the Packers are probably the more “changed” team in some ways because of all the injuries and other players who have stepped in. The starting lineup today for GB looks almost nothing like the one from the Philly game back in Sept.

if the packers win today how far do u see them goin into the post season
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:37 Charlie

2:39

I”m not just being diplomatic, but I could see the Packers winning any game, or losing any game. If GB wins today and gets in, the Packers will go to Philadelphia, where they won back in Week 1. Then it would be on to Atlanta, where GB lost on a last-second FG. And this team certainly wouldn’t be afraid of going to Chicago in the playoffs, a place they’ve won before and feel they should have won earlier this year if not for the penalties. But GB has to win today first. Don’t win today, and none of the speculation will matter one iota.

Would you say the Packers are the stonger team staying in the hunt with all the injuries?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:39 Sam

2:41

I think what the Packers have done this year despite the injuries has been pretty impressive. I don’t think many teams could have six opening-day starters on IR and still be in the playoff hunt. It’s a credit to the coaches, the personnel staff for finding adequate replacements on the roster, and the players for never using injuries as an excuse. The one game you wish the injuries wouldn’t have caught up to them was Detroit, because a win there and this game today might have been for the division title. Instead, the best the Packers can do is get the last Wild Card spot.

Do you think eventually when Woodson retires that Sam Shields can fill the void?
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:41 Cody

I think the Packers view Shields as a potential long-term starter at CB. He was a great find among the non-drafted guys, and he has improved tremendously in just one year. But I don’t think Woodson is retiring anytime soon. He hasn’t even hinted to that effect.

With the lack of a running game for the pack, why don’t they run Rodgers more, almost like a Vick, just to keep that in the back of teams’ minds? It might open up the pass more by acting like a “running” game, and Rodgers already has some of the most rushing yards on the team…
Sunday January 2, 2011 2:43 Art

2:44

It’s true Rodgers has piled up some impressive rushing totals this year, but with two concussions already, you can’t expose him to that kind of punishment. Remember, Vick missed a couple of games earlier this year when he got crunched in the ribs, and he took a shot to the thigh last week that had him limping and is keeping him on the bench today to rest up for the playoffs. There’s a risk-reward with everything.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think it’s a hard call at all. With where the Bears are, 2010 won’t be remembered for sweeping the Packers or splitting with them. It will be remembered for how far you get in the playoffs. I think that’s the way you have to play it. But that’s just me.

who are todays captains?
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:13 matt

3:13

Kuhn, Pickett and Goode.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:13

3:15

Pat Lee returned the opening kickoff out to the 28. Lee replaced Shields on KO return.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:15

3:18

Kuhn plows ahead on third-and-1 for a first down, barely.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:18

3:20

Kuhn stopped that time on second-and-2. Another third-and-short coming up.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:20

3:21

Jackson drops a short dumpoff pass, so it’s fourth down. Packers punting.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:21

3:22

Fair catch on the punt at the 14. Chicago takes over. Bears LB Nick Roach has left the game with a shoulder injury and is out for the rest of the day.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:22

3:23

Poor short-yardage work there by GB. Had second-and-2 after an offsides call on the Bears and couldn’t pick it up. Kuhn got nothing and Rodgers’ quick flip to Jackson was dropped. Looked like Jackson wasn’t ready for it to come at him that quickly.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:23

3:24

Crowd is really into the game right from Chicago’s first snap. This place is already pretty loud.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:24

3:26

Defense gets a three-and-out, with the help of a delay of game penalty. Bears punting from their own 21.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:26

3:27

Big punt by Maynard is run back by Williams to the GB 34. 53-yard punt, 8-yard return. A 45-yard net in this weather is pretty darn good. 8:07 left in the first, no score.

Sunday January 2, 2011 3:28 john

3:28

We’ll have to see. The Bears cannot improve or hurt their playoff position today. They are the No. 2 seed with a first-round bye regardless of this outcome.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:28

3:30

Screen to Jackson for 10 picks up a first down.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:30

3:32

Sunday January 2, 2011 3:32

3:33

D.J. Moore knocked the ball out of Driver’s hands after the catch.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:33

3:34

Not a good start for the offense. Two possessions into Chicago territory but no points to show for it. Poor short-yardage execution and then a turnover.

Sunday January 2, 2011 3:35 charlie

3:35

It was close, but I think Driver’s spin move would have been seen as possession on replay.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:35

3:36

Another three-and-out by the defense. Nearly got two INTs on the first two plays there. Raji and Bishop both got their hands on passes. Bears punting.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:36

3:37

Another good punt by Maynard goes out of bounds at the GB 11. 48-yard punt with no return. 4:55 left in the first, still no score.

You’re welcome. Please understand that it’s against the NFL’s rules for me to provide actual play-by-play, but I’ll try to give updates on as regular a basis as the rules allow.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:38

3:41

Pass for 25 to Nelson gets the Packers out of the hole, but Rodgers can’t scramble for the first down on third-and-2 and the Packers are punting again. Another short-yardage failure.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:41

3:42

Masthay’s punt goes out of bounds at the Chicago 16. 39-yard punt, keeping it away from Hester. Good job there. 2:28 left in the first, still no score.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:42

3:44

Bears get their first first down of the game on a 25-yard run by Forte.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:44

Sunday January 2, 2011 3:46

3:47

Cutler takes a timeout with 36 seconds left in the quarter. He did not look happy with Chester Taylor as he walked off the field there.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:47

3:48

Packers blitz and sack Cutler, shared sack between Hawk and Wynn. Bears punting again. 9-yard loss.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:48

3:48

Sunday January 2, 2011 3:52

3:53

Two short completions to Driver moves the chains again.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:53

3:54

Holding on Bulaga wipes out a long completion to Jennings. It will be first-and-20 from the GB 31.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:54

3:55

Didn’t look like much of a hold on replay, but that’s the call.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:55

3:55

Packers take a timeout with 11:55 left in the second quarter. Still no score.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:55

3:59

After the holding call, Rodgers was under a lot of heat. He was sacked, then scrambled for a 2-yard gain. Packers punting again.
Sunday January 2, 2011 3:59

4:00

Masthay’s 56-yard punt is run back 19 yards by Hester to the Chicago 26. Bears take over with 9:46 left in the half, still no score.

Sunday January 2, 2011 4:01 Devan

Sunday January 2, 2011 4:02

4:04

Cutler scrambles out of trouble on third-and-2 and hits Forte over the middle for 27 yards. Bears have first down on the GB 18.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:04

4:05

Cutler takes another timeout. 6:52 left in the half. For the Bears, rookie S Major Wright has left the game with a right leg injury. His return is questionable.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:05

4:08

Two completions to Davis and it’s first-and-goal for the Bears on the 4.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:08

4:10

Walden sacks Cutler on third-and-goal. Bears trying FG.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:10

4:11

Gould is good from 30 yards out. It’s 3-0 Bears with 4:31 left in the half.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:11

4:11

Good goal-line stand there by the Packers after the first-and-goal from the 4. Forte was stopped for no gain, and Bishop and Peprah has tight coverage on Knox on second down when Cutler threw incomplete. Walden got his first career sack, beating LT Omiyale right off the snap and burying Cutler for an 8-yard loss.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:11

4:12

Pat Lee back again on the KO return for the Packers. No Shields in that role today.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:12

4:13

Good return by Lee out to the 40. Packers take over with 4:23 left in the half. Best field position of the day for the Packers.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:13

4:16

But the Packers can’t take advantage. Punting again.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:16

4:16

Low throw on a slant to an open Jennings on second down really hurt there.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:16

4:16

Bulaga false start made it third-and-long too.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:16

4:17

Masthay’s long, low punt is returned 16 yards by Hester. Chicago takes over on its own 27 with 2:55 left in the half.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:17

4:18

Two runs by Taylor take us to the 2-minute warning. Bears will have third-and-1 from their own 36 after the break.

Sunday January 2, 2011 4:26

4:26

Packers have one timeout left.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:26

4:28

Jennings drops one that would have been a big gainer and then Rodgers’ bullet throw goes through Jones’ hands. Packers punting from midfield.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:28

4:28

Touchback. Bears take over on the 20 with 33 seconds left. Bears have one timeout, as do Packers.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:28

[Comment From Brian MBrian M: ]
Who gets the ball first at halftime?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:29 Brian M

4:29

After halftime, the Bears will get the ball first. They won the coin toss and deferred to the second half.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:29

4:29

Bears run one play and that takes us to halftime. 3-0 Chicago at the break.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:29

4:31

A sloppy first half by the Packers. Dropped passes, a costly holding penalty, a fumble, shoddy pass protection for Rodgers, who has been on the run most of the time. The defense has played well for Green Bay, but the offense has had numerous opportunities and has come up empty.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:31

4:31

Both teams just 1-for-6 on third downs. Total yards fairly even, 142-130 in GB’s favor.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:31

4:33

[Comment From CaitlinCaitlin: ]
Was Rodgers slow to get up/shaken from the Peppers late hit?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:33 Caitlin

4:33

It didn’t look like it. There wasn’t really helmet contact on it, and actually, it was pretty close whether it was really a penalty or not. GB got the call, but I don’t think Rodgers is any worse for wear.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:33

4:34

[Comment From Jack TJack T: ]
whats Aaron Rodger’s passer rating so far?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:34 Jack T

4:34

Rodgers is 12-of-18 for 105 yards and an 81.9 rating. No TDs or INTs.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:34

4:35

[Comment From TimTim: ]
it looked like the catch was inbounds on that play too
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:35 Tim

4:35

If you’re referring to the Quarless play, it sure was close. That would have been up to the replay booth to review it, though, because it was under 2 minutes. Nothing GB could have done to challenge it.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:35

4:36

[Comment From ScottScott: ]
What has been the problem on offensive for the packers..I dont get the game here on TV so am blind to the situation.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:36 Scott

4:37

I think pass protection is the biggest issue. Rodgers is having to scramble around a lot, and that doesn’t help. Plus, the receivers have dropped some catchable passes and Driver had a fumble early in the game when the Packers were in Chicago territory. A lot of mistakes, plain and simple.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:37

4:37

[Comment From LarryLarry: ]
could they have called a time out to give the replay booth time to review?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:37 Larry

4:38

An interesting thought, but the clock was already stopped because of the incomplete pass and the penalty on Peppers. The booth had enough time to buzz the ref and stop the action if a review was needed.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:38

4:39

[Comment From tomtom: ]

Sunday January 2, 2011 4:39 tom

4:39

Health-wise, yes, as far as I know. He’s had a couple of chances to make some plays and hasn’t come through, though. Hopefully he can shake it off and come back strong in the second half. Packers need him.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:39

4:41

[Comment From BrendanBrendan: ]
Was it a total cheap-shot by Peppers? No game here in Philly to watch. EAGLES. Ugh.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:41 Brendan

4:42

No, not a cheap shot at all in my opinion. Rodgers was rolling toward the sideline and stopped to set his feet and fire the ball. Peppers just kept running and put a hit on him after he threw it. Like I said, I could have seen the refs letting that go because it wasn’t blatantly late, but he did take one step before he hit him, and I think that’s why the flag came out.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:42

4:43

Manning back to receive the second-half kickoff for the Bears. Judging by the sideline activity, looks like the Bears are keeping their starting offense in for now. We’ll see. Kickoff coming momentarily.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:43

4:44

Short kickoff works well, Manning fields it but gets nowhere, tackled at the 23. Cutler still in for the Bears.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:44

4:46

Bears have announced rookie S Major Wright is out for the rest of the game with a leg injury.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:46

4:47

Two runs by Forte pick up a first down. Then a deep pass to Olsen is dropped. Bears have third-and-6 coming up.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:47

4:47

Cutler beats a blitz with a pass to Davis for a first down just across midfield.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:47

4:50

8-yard pass to Forte on third and 10 makes it fourth and 2 from the GB 40. Bears appear to be going for it.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:50

4:51

Pass is deflected at the line and falls incomplete. Packers take over on their own 40 with 10:33 left in the third.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:51

4:52

Briggs and Urlacher still in the Chicago huddle on defense. Looks like the Bears are continuing to play all their starters.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:52

4:54

Tillman intercepts Rodgers on first down and runs it back to the GB 15.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:54

4:54

Packers are challenging the INT.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:54

4:55

Looks on replay like the ball didn’t clearly hit the ground. I think this will stand. Just my opinion.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:55

4:56

[Comment From ScottScott: ]
Was it a poor throw by Rodgers or a great play by Tillman?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:56 Scott

4:56

Looked like a great grab by Tillman. Rodgers was scrambling to his left. A tough throw to make across his body.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:56

4:56

[Comment From lloydlloyd: ]
is Rogers not having a good game?
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:56 lloyd

4:57

He’s under a lot of pressure every time he goes back to pass. He has no time back there.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:57

4:57

Call stands. Packers charged with a timeout. Bears have first down on the GB 15.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:57

4:57

INT return is 42 yards by Tillman.
Sunday January 2, 2011 4:57

5:01

INT by Peprah in the end zone. Packers take over on the 20.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:01

5:02

Big defensive stand there. Bears called for holding on first down to make it first-and-20. Then on third-and-19, Cutler tries to force it to Knox in the end zone. Packers had him double-covered and Peprah made an easy INT.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:02

5:02

8:39 left in the third, Packers trail 3-0.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:02

5:02

Looks like the Bears are playing this one through with the starters. Main guys in the huddle on defense still.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:02

5:02

Packers are going to have to earn this one.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:02

5:05

Packers go three-and-out. Deep ball to Jennings on third-and-2 is overthrown. Packers punting from their own 28. Hester back deep.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:05

5:05

Hester can’t get up to field the ball on the fly, so he backs off. Ball rolls dead at the Chicago 24. 48-yard punt. Bears take over with 7:07 left in the third, leading 3-0.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:05

5:06

[Comment From BillBill: ]
What is wrong with the offense today? Never seen it look this bad before
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:06 Bill

5:07

Looks like the Detroit game all over again. Bears D-line is controlling things, without a doubt. There’s no room to run, and no time to throw. Packers took a shot there deep on third-and-short because they got single coverage. Rodgers had the protection but the ball was overthrown. Tough to complete bombs when it’s 15 degrees outside.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:07

5:09

Defense gets a three-and-out. Pass to Davis on third down comes up 1 yard short.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:09

5:10

Great return on the punt by Williams. Across midfield.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:10

5:10

Maynard with a 52-yard punt, Williams with a 41-yard return. Packers have it on the Chicago 44 with 6:05 left in the third.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:10

5:13

Pass interference on T. Jennings against G. Jennings gives the Packers a first down on the Chicago 34.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:13

5:14

Big play to Jennings, 33 yard pass down to the 1. First and goal.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:14

5:14

Props to Brandon Jackson for a great blitz pick-up on that big play. He blocked the corner blitzing from Rodgers’ blind side and allowed that pass to get off.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:14

5:16

Brutal offensive series there. Packers forced to settle for FG.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:16

5:16

Kuhn gets stuffed for nothing. A fake sneak and backwards pass to Jackson is fumbled and he loses 2. Then Rodgers sacked on third down back at the 5.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:16

5:16

Crosby good from 23 to tie the score at 3 with 2:39 left in the third. Huge wasted opportunity there. First-and-goal at the 1 and only 3 points. Ugh.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:16

5:17

6 plays, 39 yards, 3:26 on the scoring drive.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:17

5:19

Short popup kickoff doesn’t work there. Manning takes it back to the 50.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:19

5:21

Big break for the Packers there. Cutler hits Forte over the middle to convert a third-and-15, but the refs say the Bears called a timeout before the snap.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:21

5:22

1:10 left in the third quarter, Bears have third-and-15 on their own 45.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:22

5:22

Howard Green and Erik Walden combined on a sack earlier on this series.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:22

5:23

Walden gets another sack, 11-yard loss. Bears punting again from their own 34.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:23

5:23

Williams returns the punt to the GB 25. Packers take over with 32 seconds left in the third.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:23

5:24

That’s the end of the third quarter. Tied 3-3. Packers will have second-and-7 on their own 28.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:24

5:25

Funny, someone asked in pre-game about Erik Walden and how he was playing. My response was solid but unspectacular, he hadn’t been noticed much. But he’s playing a whale of a game today. Two sacks, maybe 2 1/2 depending on if he gets any credit on the sack Green started. He has been the defensive MVP so far.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:25

5:28

Pass over the middle to Driver for 21 yards converts a third-and-3. Packers have first down on the Chicago 47.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:28

5:29

46 yard pass to Jennings makes it first and goal on the 1.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:29

5:30

1-yard pass to Donald Lee for the TD.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:30

5:30

Packers went play-action on both the long pass to Jennings and the first-and-goal. Rodgers carries out the fakes well and put two throws right on target. First TD of the day for either team.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:30

5:30

It’s 10-3 Packers with 12:42 left.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:30

5:30

5 plays, 75 yards, 2:50 on the scoring drive.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:30

5:33

Crosby foils the Bears on the kickoff. Manning was up at the 15 for the short popup, and Crosby kicked it deep over his head, landing at the goal line. Touchback. Bears on the 20.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:33

5:35

Defense gets a three-and-out. Bishop almost gets the INT on second down. Blitz on third forces a quick throw and incomplete. Bears punting.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:35

5:36

Williams fields Maynard’s bouncing punt and goes to the ground. Packers take over on their own 46 with 11:46 left.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:36

5:38

Bears still have their first-string D in there. Urlacher, Briggs, etc.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:38

5:39

Holding on Bulaga wipes out a 10-yard run by Starks. Second-and-20 on the 36. That’s three penalties on Bulaga today.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:39

5:41

Nelson gets 14 on a pass on third-and-15 but is short. Packers punting.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:41

Great Aussie style punt by Masthay is downed at the 3. Bears take over with 9:53 left.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:41

5:46

Bears get one first down, but Woodson with a sack makes it third-and-17 on the 8.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:46

5:47

Matthews with a sack back to the 2.
Sunday January 2, 2011 5:47
