Thursday’s coverage

It’s Round 3 of the Packers’ special teams units vs. Bears Pro Bowl returner Devin Hester. Hester won the first battle, while the Packers clearly won the second. There’s obviously plenty at stake again this time around, and that’s the subject of today’s feature story.

Also, Bears TE Greg Olsen came up big in Chicago’s Divisional playoff victory over Seattle, while the Packers have done a good job clamping down on opposing tight ends of late. That leads off today’s notebook, which also includes NT B.J. Raji talking about his new fullback duties, and rookie CB Sam Shields saying he doesn’t feel like a rookie anymore.

Finally, one last transcript from Thursday — LB Clay Matthews did a conference call with national media, and it’s right here.
