Final injury report: Walden questionable

LB Erik Walden (ankle) is the only player the Packers listed as questionable on their final injury report for Super Bowl XLV.

Walden was a limited participant in practice on Friday for the third straight day, and Head Coach Mike McCarthy is going to give him every opportunity to get himself healthy enough to play on Sunday.

Everyone else on the Packers’ injury report is probable. T Chad Clifton (knees) and C/G Jason Spitz (calf) were both upgraded to full participants, while LB Frank Zombo (knee) was a full participant for the third straight day and is expected to play for the first time since Week 14 at Detroit. Zombo would likely start at OLB if Walden is unable to play.

WR Donald Driver was held out of practice on Friday with his quadriceps injury, but he’s listed as probable and is expected to play.

For the Steelers, C Maurkice Pouncey (ankle) and DE Aaron Smith (triceps) have both been ruled out for the game. Pouncey sat out all three practices this week and hasn’t practiced since his injury in the AFC Championship Game vs. the N.Y. Jets. Smith was limited in practice all week but has been out since late October.
