We’ve landed at Dulles and we’re now on buses headed for the White House. It’s not quite an hour’s drive. My guess is we’ll cross the Potomac at the Jefferson Memorial; maybe not. Security takes over from here; they may have another route planned. Either way, the Packers are headed for a long security inspection before the day’s festivities begin. It was a beautiful day to be flying; cloudless all the way. I love flying over the mountains and I’ve become very fond of the views coming onto the Michigan and Wisconsin shorelines of Lake Michigan. We’re pulling out of the airport now.
