Packers won’t wear third jersey in 2012

The Packers announced Tuesday that they will forego using their historic third jersey during the 2012 season.
Inspired by the 1929 uniform worn by the franchise’s first NFL championship team, the Packers donned the navy blue jersey once in each the 2010 season (vs. 49ers) and 2011 (vs. Rams).
