GREEN BAY–The Packers made Colorado tackle David Bakhtiari Green Bay’s first pick of the final day of the draft on Saturday. Bakhtiari, 6-4, 299, is described as a “well-built athlete with a tireless work ethic.” He was picked with the 12th pick of the fourth round, the 109th overall pick.
Bakhtiari started 33 games in the past three years and follows in the footsteps of former Colorado tackle Nate Solder.
The Packers began the day with two fourth-round picks. Their next pick is scheduled for the 122nd overall selection.
