Former Packers CB Casey Hayward has agreed to terms on a three-year contract with the San Diego Chargers, according to the team’s official website.
A second-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, Hayward appeared in 51 regular-season games for the Packers, including 20 starts. Hayward intercepted nine passes during his four-year career with the Packers.
Hayward’s departure will likely thrust a pair of second-year cornerbacks, Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins, into more prominent roles in 2016.
